1. Product Disclaimer

Product Appearance: Product images are for reference only. The appearance of mushroom spawn, fresh mushrooms, and laboratory supplies may vary slightly due to packaging updates, production batches, or photography.

Spawn Performance: Mushroom cultivation results depend on proper storage, substrate quality, hygiene, temperature, humidity, and growing conditions. We cannot guarantee identical yields under different cultivation environments.

Storage: Mushroom spawn should be refrigerated (2–8°C) immediately upon receipt. Failure to store products under recommended conditions may reduce their viability, for which we are not responsible.

2. Return & Exchange Policy

Return Window: Returns or exchanges must be requested within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Condition: Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Products: Due to their perishable and biological nature, mushroom spawn, fresh mushrooms, culture media, and opened laboratory supplies cannot be returned or exchanged unless the wrong or damaged product was delivered.

Proof of Claim: Customers must provide an unboxing video and clear photographs of the package and product for any claims related to damage, missing items, or incorrect deliveries. Claims without an unboxing video may not be accepted.

3. Orders & Product Usage

Order Confirmation: Orders are processed after payment confirmation unless Cash on Delivery (COD) is available.

Order Cancellation: Once an order has been packed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Product Usage: Customers are responsible for following proper cultivation practices and laboratory safety procedures. We are not liable for crop failure, contamination, or losses resulting from improper handling or environmental conditions.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery Time: Orders are generally delivered within 2–5 working days, depending on the destination and courier service.

Courier Delays: Delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Address: Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or unsuccessful delivery attempts, additional shipping charges will apply for re-delivery.

Inspection Upon Delivery: Customers are advised to inspect the package immediately upon delivery and report any issues within 48 hours.

• All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• Product prices and availability may change without prior notice.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to pricing errors, stock shortages, or unforeseen circumstances. Any payment received for such orders will be refunded in full.
